A version tracker for the WSD Mechanical & Electrical Standard Specifications that govern online water-quality instrumentation. Every edition was downloaded from wsd.gov.hk on 3 September 2026 and its page-1 header read verbatim; changes between consecutive editions are summarised with clause references. The edition incorporated into a contract governs, not the newest on the website.

一、本次核實的重點發現

  • EM-02-05 餘氯分析儀 2026 年 5 月版新增「按市場供應情況提供 Modbus 或 Profibus 等數碼通訊」一句;量程 0 至 10 mg/L 及 IP65 自 2020 年 9 月版起未變。
  • E-78-02 pH 及 E-78-03 濁度儀 2024 年 10 月版把數碼通訊(Modbus、Profibus 或 HART)由「指定時才提供」改為「按市場供應情況及應用環境提供」,並容許經數碼通訊傳送警報。
  • EM-00-03 供應總則 2025 年 10 月版以 AS/NZS 4020:2018 金屬析出測試加 Table A 上限及非金屬部件 BS 6920 系列,取代舊版的 WRAS 或 NSF 認證句子(新增第 2.10 節)。
  • EM-00-01 檢驗測試 2023 年 12 月版把獨立檢驗機構報告期限延長至兩個月,並要求出貨前先取得接納通知。
  • EM-00-02 現場安裝及測試 2024 年 2 月版引入標準檢驗申請表及提交期限表(星期一至五的檢驗須於 24 小時前提交,星期六日於前一個星期四中午前,公眾假期於 48 小時前),並減少文件份數。
  • E-83-03 電磁流量計 2022 年 6 月版新增濕接觸非金屬部件的 BS 6920 認證要求。
  • 四冊之中沒有電導率或溶解氧的水質分析儀標準規格;E-84-01 是電導式液位電極規格,不是水質分析儀。
