港德參與信和集團 SDG 物管分享會

2026年7月2日上午，港德環保科技與多家可持續發展夥伴一同拜訪信和集團，於尖沙咀中心向物業管理部、創新部及採購部團隊介紹相關的永續產品、解決方案及 ESG 方案。期待攜手推動綠色未來。

On the morning of 2 July 2026, HKDE Envirotech joined fellow sustainability partners on a visit to Sino Group at Tsim Sha Tsui Centre, presenting sustainable products, solutions and ESG initiatives to the Property Management, Innovation and Procurement teams.

分享重點：一個物管，三類法定水點

是次分享會共有七家可持續發展夥伴企業輪流簡介方案，港德為其中之一。我哋以「一個物管，三類法定水點」為題，介紹面向物業組合嘅水質監測方案 — 游泳池、冷卻水塔、食水缸三類受法規監管嘅水點，配合數據平台、本地運維及現場 APP，將分散喺唔同屋苑大廈嘅水質管理，整合成一套有數據、有留痕、可披露嘅體系。

Seven sustainability partners each presented at the session. HKDE introduced our building water quality monitoring solution — covering the three statutorily regulated water points (swimming pools, cooling towers and potable tanks) with a data platform, local O&M and an on-site app.

點解物管需要水質數據

由泳池水質標準、冷卻水塔嘅退伍軍人菌風險管控，到食水缸對應水務署「大廈優質供水認可計劃」— 物業管理團隊日常已經承擔住多重法定水質責任。將監測數據上平台、報告對接 ESG／SDG 披露，令合規工作同時成為物業組合嘅可持續發展資產。
